How It Works
“Zaps” (your automated workflows) trigger actions in one app based on events in another app. For example, you could create a Zap that, when an inspection is completed in Inspect Point, causes your CRM to automatically create a task for the inspection manager to review, create a task for a salesperson to draft a proposal, or send a follow-up email to the customer.
On the flip side, “triggers” in other apps can automate actions in Inspect Point. For example, you could create a Zap that automatically creates a proposal (and related building) in Inspect Point when a deal is created in your CRM.
